Postgraduate Opera Scenes at Laurie Grove theatre. 5.30pm.  Juliet is a scary dominatrix Maman in Ravel’s L’Enfant et les Sortilèges and a wimpy Lady Essex in Britten’s Gloriana.  She is a piece of wallpaper in the later show.  No, really.

July 5th – July 8th 2017

Juliet appeared as Arnalta, Poppea’s nurse and confidante, in Monteverdi’s L’Incoronazione di Poppea.  This Trinity Laban production took place at Blackheath Halls.

Contralto solo “Urlicht” in Mahler’s 2nd Symphony with Blackfriars Sinfonia.  Christ Church, Blackfriars, 27 Blackfriars Rd, London SE1 8NY.

Final postgraduate recital in the Old Royal Naval College Chapel, Greenwich. Accompanied by Paul Chilvers and the Bach Choir Voices, with director David Hill.

Programme to include alto solos from Rachmaninov Vespers, Elgar Dream of Gerontius and Rossini Petite Messe Solenelle, with lieder and art songs by Gurney, Curran, Mahler, Brahms and Schubert and arias by Saint-Saëns.

Open to the public, entry free.

Postgraduate Opera Scenes at Blackheath Halls, 23 Lee Road, London SE3 9RQ.  Juliet will be appearing in spangly bell-bottoms and crop top as a 1970s-themed Rhinemaiden, Flosshilde, in the opening act of Das Rheingold.

6th March 2017, 1pm

Lunchtime recital, St. Martin-within-Ludgate, 40 Ludgate Hill, London EC4M 7DE, with Deborah Miller (soprano) and Svyatoslav Antipov (piano).  Programme includes lieder and art songs by Berlioz, Brahms, Mahler and Schubert, with piano works by Debussy.
